Sarah began her sales career in the Bay Area while working to expand her family's furniture business from Boulder, Colorado to San Francisco, Silicon Valley and Europe. In the mid-1990s she began building her knowledge of Marin real estate from the ground up. First, as a new homebuyer who remodeled her home in Woodacre. Then, beginning in 1999 she purchased raw land and began turning her dream of a custom home into a reality - managing the entire project from raw land and siting, to planning, permitting, and construction. Along the way Sarah has delved deeply into the specific advantages of various Marin schools, neighborhoods, and other world-class community resources. Sarah enjoys yoga, running, biking and surfing – spending as much time as possible in the outdoors of Marin. She lives with her husband, son and German Shepherd in the San Geronimo Valley. She is involved in St. Johns in Ross, and has served on the Vestry, teaching Sunday school, and as Chair of the Tour de Noel, a holiday home tour in which 100% of proceeds are delivered directly to selected Marin charities. Together, Lotte and Sarah support Habitat for Humanity, Community Land Trust Association of West Marin (CLAM), the San Geronimo Valley Community Center, the Norcal High School Cycling League and sponsor a scholarship through Daystar University in Nairobi, Kenya.
